BOOKKEEPING

We are looking for a Full time, full-charge bookkeeper/paraprofessional.

Candidate must have computer skills and the ability to prepare bank reconciliations, payroll tax returns, handle payroll tax matters, personal property tax returns, compile financial statements, and communicate with clients and various government agencies.

Excel, Word, Quicken, QuickBooks a plus. Prior public accounting experience preferred but not required.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Naden/Lean, founded in 1956, is a recognized leader in the delivery of high quality work as well as having a progressive, employee-centric work environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in public accounting with a strong fundamental knowledge of basic to intermediate accounting and tax matters.
  • Solid intrapersonal skills that will allow for primary contact with clients to discuss tax, bookkeeping, accounting and consulting matters.
  • The ability to effectively multi-task multiple client engagements.
  • A desire to become exposed to every financial, tax and operational need of our clients.
  • Minimal travel.
